Why should you do this workshop?
The course will breakdown, explore, and analyse FACTORWEB – the tool recommended by SIRA NSW to be used within the compensation system to identify psychosocial risk factors to recovery and rehabilitation. The tool is also relevant across other healthcare and personal injury settings.
This course is a practical step-by-step guide to using FACTORWEB, identifying the barriers, exploring solutions, and reporting your findings in the compo lingo to get patient or client the help they need.
We aim to humanise healthcare and we will explore how to leverage your personal attributes and humanity to level up your consultancy and return to the purest form of rehabilitation. Why? Because you are an awesome human!
