Healthcare Practise is a creative process requiring imagination, problem-solving and innovation. With the diversity of cases and patients, intelligence and information recall is no longer enough for a healthcare provider to thrive in the industry.
The world of healthcare is rapidly evolving and the pandemic has served to highlight the importance of creative, emergent and original thinking. Traditional professional development courses are often prescriptive, teaches process, procedure and technical aspects. Although these elements of healthcare practise are important, we are seeing that the most successful practitioners are the ones that are flexible, fluid and adaptable. They are the ones with the skills to be future fit.
